Introducing Bex

Our team are always delighted when people choose to share their skills and experience with us through volunteering. It can take many forms. Whether it’s joining our board, undertaking placements to complete studies at College or University or exploring future career options. We’d love you to join us in welcoming Bex!

Hi, I’m Bex!

I’ve recently joined Fast Forward, where I’ll be supporting their graphic design and social media. Fast Forward uses design in exciting ways to reach and connect with their audiences, and I’m looking forward to putting my skills into practice while gaining valuable experience from real projects.

I graduated with First Class Honours in Digital Media and Interaction Design from Edinburgh Napier University, where I developed a strong background in creating digital work that is both engaging and user-friendly.  I’m particularly interested in poster design and creating social media posts, and I’ll be working on ways to expand Fast Forward’s audience through platforms like Instagram and testing whether more regular content can help build engagement and followers over time.

Alongside my role here, I also work part-time as a nail technician, which allows me to explore creativity in a completely different way while developing an eye for detail.

Looking ahead, I’m aiming to build a career in digital media, grow new skills in a professional setting, and keep developing as both a designer and creative professional.  I’m excited to be part of Fast Forward and to see what the future holds.”
