Farrah Walji Jiwa

Farrah was raised in Texas and moved to the UK just over a decade ago to complete a postgraduate degree in Islamic Studies and Humanities. Soon after she moved to Edinburgh to study Inclusive and Special Education at Moray House. Farrah has over twelve years of experience supporting young people, families and educators through her professional and voluntary experiences. She has done extensive work in multiple country contexts to support individuals with additional support needs with a focus on autism. At Fast Forward, Farrah is responsible for delivering workshops and trainings on gambling harm prevention to schools, colleges and universities.
In her spare time, Farrah likes to go on walks, read, visit family and sew.
